Ninety minutes together, then a written summary: what’s working, what’s missing, what I’d do first.
No obligation to go further. Take the summary and run the work yourself if you’d rather – that’s a good outcome.
If you’d rather not run it alone, the summary becomes the starting point for the build – we’d both know what we’re making before we start.
